A woman can be anything she wants.We dun need men to judge whether we're gelfren or wife material.There is no definition on what type we should be.You can accept us as who we r or move along.Every women is unique or special in their own way.What one man may define as 'trash' is actually treasure to another.This is wat we call 'Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder'.We give love back to men who loves us n we respect men who respects us.It's not for u men to decide which among us women r gelfren material or wife material coz we choose how to live our life.
A woman knows wat she wants when she wants it.She doesn't need a man to tell her how she leads her life.She can be a gerlfren,wife,slut, intelligent, sexy, smart, ugly all at once,but only for the right man.
And a woman hates this statement..

Who said a woman can't be a ruler??????
A woman can be a ruler coz she straightens her man's life..
She can be an eraser when she erases her man's pain with her tender loving care...
She's a 'Parker pen' who helps her man dictates his future...

i would have to partially agree... i quote, "A woman can be anything she wants"... TRUE... but yet again, personally i believe 'gf material' would be those who are not at all ready to settle themselves down... they are still out to have fun etc... (singing to the tune 'girls just want to have fun').. whereas 'wife material' would refer to those who have their future somehow figured out.. they are ready for the commitment.. not a lot.. at least a little.. given that choice.. a man would choose the obvious.. we too feel insecurities.. esp in this modern world.. so if the girl is ready for the latter.. she would naturally change herself.. and a man that knows her at that point of time.. would declare her as a 'wife material'... dat goes the same to the man of coz.. just my piece of thought.. no offence to anyone...

I support this entry from u not becoz im your sis-in-law and certainly not due to feminists' reasons.
Let me relief u with some details:-A "gf material" from a GIRL point of view is such that she knows how to make a guy feel special at the first point of the relationship without having to ask for any changes in the guy. The feeling i suppose is mutual in a guy's case. At this stage of every relationship, girl dun tend to fuss about the guys's personal stuff too much.
A "wife material", however, is a girl material transformed into a the former. Every girl/lady will be a gf material at every stage of the relationship. At this stage apparently, the girl has mutually grown into a comfy state and take the guy's personal being into consideration or wateva.
Seriously Zul, guys dun really know girls that well. Personal jugment sometimes fail for a guy to see the inner beauty of a girl's play.
And basing from a personal experience, i belief and i KNOW, although a girl can be playful or has no future plans, i know what i want in a guy and will definitely go out to look for him.
