This is false ceiling for the second room. Han's room. Its where all the lighting source will be. This one in the pic is not that difficult to mark and cut. I would just be glad if the one in my living room are as easy. The cutting process is not that difficult, but u must not be allergic to dust, cos its sure dusty..... esp if the dust gets in your eyes.....
